Dearest Gladys ...i only knew you for a short while but it felt like i knew you forever...loved my first Andre Rieu concert my how you loved it so much...and seeing you so happy when i put clips of things you hadnt seen in decades...and your stories were so fasinating ...awwwww to be honest im stuck for words ive done care for a good while now and its doesnt get any easier it was a pleasure to meet and work for Gladys and she will truly missed...may i also take this time to thank Gladys family who welcomed me and made me feel like more of a friend then a carer and am deeply sorry for your loss...x will miss you Gladys goodnight...sleep well and ring the bell if you need me...(just something i said to Gladys each night)...xxx
